Rotary / Semi-Rotary Label Die Cutting Machine

The ZM-320 rotary/semi-rotary label die-cutting machine is a newly-developed converting machine equipped with inline slitter. This machine adopts latest Rexrtoh-Bosch (Germany) servo and control system, including unwinder, web-guider, lamination, registered die-cutter, slitter and rewinder.

The die-cutter is our patent product, and it can be either full rotary or semi-rotary according to the specific production requirement. When the die-cutter is semi-rotary, the tension among unwinder, web-guider and rewinder will be the same (different from traditional intermittent type), and the material will not run away during the die-cutting process. Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder. If you have different applications, the only job is to change the flexible die.
