Turkish label converter Karma Etiket has successfully installed a custom-configured Weigang ZX-350 offset printing press to increase production capacity and shorten turnaround times for short-run label orders.

Built to the customer’s specifications, the machine features a 350 mm printing width, wider than the standard 300 mm format, with 6-color printing capability and integrated light-band die-cutting functionality. It includes in-run material inspection features that allow operators to verify print quality without pausing production, as well as an independently pausable rewinding section that can operate without interrupting the main production line.

Karma Etiket selected Weigang based on the brand’s established track record in the Turkish market. The company sought to scale output while maintaining print quality standards and improving customer service speed through offset label printing technology.

The project was delivered in partnership with local distributor B&G Etiket Ambalaj Makine Ve Malzeme Hizmetleri and marks Weigang’s continued market expansion in Turkey. The ZX-350 press delivers high print resolution, cost efficiency for CMYK runs, flexibility for short to medium production runs, and inline multi-color capabilities that help reduce overall job turnaround times.
