ZBS-320 series flexo printing machine is designed with single rotary die cutting station. So, this printing press can finish printing and die cutting without any stop.

Exactly speaking, our flexographic printing machine has the following characteristics:
1. Ceramic anilox cylinders are adopted for ink transferring.
2. The rewinding and unwinding units are designed with magnetic powder brakes and clutches for tension control. Flexo printing machines equipped with Mitsubishi auto tension controller. Thus, high precision roll material rewinding and unwinding is guaranteed.
3. Each printing unit of our flexo printing equipment is designed with 360° printing plate adjustment.
4. All printing units are equipped with a group of hot-air dryer equipment(UV dryer is for option).
5. The ink roller will automatically separate itself from the printing roller, and in the meantime, it will keep rotating at a low speed, thus preventing ink from drying.
6. The main motor of our flexo printing machine is equipped with an imported variable frequency stepless speed governor. This guarantees the stable performance of our flexo printing press.
